If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 7 days for a full refund. Apologies, we cannot refund any freight charges on delivery and return of goods unless they have geniunely been damaged in transit.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product to us first for assessment before we can send a replacement. Please contact us for a returns form and return postage instructions before sending the item back.
SHIPPING – Within Australia
Items will be sent via Australia Post. All items are sent registered post. Our postage calculator uses current Australia Post rates.
DELIVERY TIME
Most products are in stock and will be sent within 48 hours so you will generally receive your purchase within 3-5 working days, however occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock or other delays beyond our control may occur, so please allow 7-10 days delivery time.
